screaming matches i had with his case manager over it oh and then she threatened me with an avo thats allright ill wipe my arse with her avo this is stuff nsw health does not want the genral public to know about my son never had any food in his fridge he was at his grandmothers place everyday demanding food and money all the time and would not leave till he got excatly what he wanted i used to go there and clean his house squats were cleaner then my sons house food was on the floor there was vomit on the floor there was dog poo on the floor sometimes when i went there i was so overwelemed i would sit there and hold my hand where do i start and then one day she demanded to prove where i was living the only regret i have is that i never punched her in the mouth recently i went to st george hospitial arfter lodging a complaint beacuse ive been treated like a scum bag for so long oh thats right im a prositiute that gives them the right to do that i had chest pain which i have often which is debilatating i told the nurse it was anxiety they checked my heart and ran all these tests sure eoungh its anxiety i wonder why medical staff dont liestien to their patients i over heard a desk nurse saying to another staff member saying shes making it all up so she can make a comnplaint it was like walking on egg shells in emergency i couldnt wait to get out of there i returned the next day and asked to see the manager which i never got to see which is my legal right and i saw this doctor and i ripped it into her as far as im concerned they can go and screw themselves i get stood over every day of my life for money and cigerates by at least 5 people and they say its ok and they wonder why im pissed off all the time we arnt taking 1 day a week we are talking 7 days a week i forgot to mention being stood over for money for drugs as well all i am to these people is a piece of flesh to have sex with people to get money to give to them and these are the hard cold facts and if i dont give it to them they call me a whore a prostitute a slut a slag a mole and if you dont give me your money you can get out on the street and they ask mwe why im constantly agitated and they wonder evidence to convict why is a man like this still on the streets ill tell you why in the appinion of the police service if you complain or your a sex worker your scum in and their eyes i have until i get my court date there dead wrong and i have put pressure on them to change the legislation to protect sex workers they dont mind having sex with sex workers but then behind there backs they i made a complaint once to the medical complaints tribunal arfter that they wouldnt give me my medical records even though i paid for them they told my doctor not to realese them to me i complained on how i was treated at sutherland and bankstown hospitials i believe i should have been compensated in the form of a new denture and dental work as they were informed in front of a witness i was about to  have a seziure and sat back and did nothing recently i went to canterbury hosptial the triage nurse i quote if i had mental problems i ask you what does that have to do with pnemonia the symtoms were i had been delerious for three days unable to walk pains in my chest couldnt stand up stright or drive could not breathe and coughing fits migraines vomiting i never been so sick in all my life they gave me intravenous antibiodics a chest xray i didnt even get to see a doctor i ended up having seven courses of anti biodics coughing day and night 2 and a half months i was sick for i ended up going to st george hospitial the darkness on my lungs hadnt changed they did a chest xray and a cat scan and a ppaerntly they were going to send it to my gp according to my gp nothing ever arrived his name is dr robals from caringbah medical centere he had somebody elses documents on my file i asked him what that was i momentarly saw it he refused to show me under the freedom of information act he didnt have the right to do that and accoring to nsw health two sessions with a physcologist is eoungh to recover from extensive and physical abuse they need to get with the program its a joke what else can you call it then we come to my son who is under a community treatment order and they put all this stuff on it and all these things they intend to do with him to aid his recovery and as soon as they get the order what do they do nothing all they do is jab him with a needle once a fortnight and sit back and collect there big fat pay checks when
when i was in sutherland hospitial they had a duty of care to involve docs but never did what were they worried abouut paying 50 cents for a phone call
getting back to the army my father is a tpi pensioner which stands for totally and permenatly incapacitated this is how the army operates if your a woman married to a man and stay with him your whole life and then he dumps and shacks up with another woman you have no claim to his army benfits the new partner gets everything my mother was forced to sign over the maritial home and walked away pennyless arfter years of hard work as a nurse. i was left having to provide for her for the next 20+ years where is the justice in that she was a good wife she shut up about all of the abuse on herself and all her children had a diffrent woman in every place the army sent him funnily enoungh excatly the same thing happend to me the army needs to start protecting of serving members familys they claim to be such a family orientated organisation i dont really resent the army as such but they need to take a good look at level of support to the serving members familys i do believe most serving membersare honorable individuals and let my story serve as a lesson  that thinks they will defraud the defence force or hide behind there uniform i would like to take this opportunity to thank all the lovley staff of sydney clinic that tried to aid me in my recovery

Mr keep of the hurstville police referred to me as a prostitute in the brief which was a deliberate attempt to influence the magistrate decision but didnt refer to pte (private) nick gioulbaxiotis as one and he was advertising in the st george and sutherland leader. Nick was continually getting people to ring me on my work phone and i had to change my number and my name in fear of my safety and harassment from the NSW police service. The anxiety was so overwhelming it lead to a complete psychotic episode, i must publicly thank mr keep and nick gioulbaxiotis for destroying my life and my childrens lives then when i went to brisbane my ex partner attacked me in a resturant at the kangaroo point serviced apartment resturant with a butter knife in front of witnesses, he could of gauged at my eye. A day later i went across to the pineapple hotel with my friend susan grady and mr shaw assaulted me from behind continually punched me from the back of my hand and my head swang to and throw, eventually i dropped to my knees like a rag doll 2 off duty police officers witnessed the attack and 40 other witnesses at the hotel. I was transported to the mater hospital in brisbane i sustained a head injury, i was diagnosed with substancial amnesia and concusion i had a blood pressure of 153, i didnt know where i was and what state i was in or anythign about myself in fact. The police charged him and allowed him to skip bail. The campsie police knew about this and didnt serve him with a NSW avo and knew about the incident. When i returned to sydney he locked me in a flat and hang himself i cut him down, the police took no action against him. They did not offer me any psychological treatment he damaged me beyond repair. After this i could not stand to be in a door closed i never had a menstural cycle for 12 months, i had regular extreme anxiety and panic episodes. Prime to this i had a phone with telstra that was worth $1,500, he snached it off em and smashed it on the ground i reported this to telstra, i had to pay for the phone that im still paying off. The police took no action.

Mr gioulbaxiotis is a serial compensation collector he provokes people to the point where they snap the  has them charged and then collects the victims compensation payouts. Their was a case where he collected money from victims compensation he provoked a young man at the brighten le sands diving school he pushed him until he snapped and then had him charged with assault and then collected the victims compound.
This matter that i was involved in with mr gioulbaxiotis at sutherland court should have been dismissed under section 32 which means taking it out of the hands of the criminal justice system and putting it in the hands of the mental health system. Sutherland hospital rended me no support they failed in their duty of care, and misdiagnosed me my lawyer failed in his representation and never supplied the psychiatric support to the magistrate. Sutherland hospital could have provided free of charge a report to the NSW police service they failed to do this no goverment department gave me any assistance on any level what so ever i applied for goverment housing under priority time and time and time again. I was continually knocked back with no reason. Mr shaw was no diffrent, when i seperated from me he harassed me on my work phone, he was being treated by a psychologist at sutherland and he rang my phone to get the details of the service i offer and let her listen to it. In another attempt to publicly humiliate me, these 2 men commonly called me a whore and a prostitute in public until they extracted out of me what they wanted. Two messaged that come to mind that mr gioulbaxiotis sent me was "cum whore and toothless whore". So i put it to you why wasnt it the same charge leveled at him? Mr shaw told the solicitor at burwood court that he deserved a avo because i was a prostitute so what gives these animals the right to publicly humiliate sex workers and walk away with nothing leveled at them.

Part 2 of my story of how sex workers get screwed by the system and are treated with discimination and prejudice.

This is a story of my ex husband nikitis gioulbaxitios, mr nick was a serving member of the australian army in 2003 he was freelancing as a male prostitute with another soldier and advertised himself in the north shore times. He used his inflence with the NSW police force to evade conviction, he was charged with assault and they never supeonaed made to give evidence and nick was overheard at liverpool court house with a police officer saying to him " it will be alright mate ". I ended up with a head injury epilepsy and permanent brain injury which has left me illiterate and the police service refused to prosecute him. What are the army doing? Nothing.. As far as the army is concerned you can beat your wife and your children and assault them its not their problem. The minister of defence knew about this mr fitzgiben and did nothing. Nick started a fedral investigation which was based on lies to end his superiors careers and used fellow soldiers to conspire against them, he claimed benefits from the army which he was not entitled to and defrauded an insurance company i believe it was allianz or zurich. He had a motorbike accident and fractured both wrists, he didnt have a license he was always exceeding the speed limit by heaps, he frightend the crap out of my son one day he was driving him home doing 170kms on a motorbike, he claimed workers compensation he was suppose to be on his way to work but he wasnt, he went to the commonwealth bank in hurstville his aunties and he was on his way to his friends john tragahas, he wasnt on his way home and he told the insurance company he deserved a payout because he missed out on overseas tours with the army because of his injuries which was a lie. The army realised what a trouble maker he was and he made false statements on the army about the things that happend, john his friend did a lot of work for cars and motorbikes for the police officers both myself and mr clear have seen these vehicles there in the past. The hurstville police loaded me up hard and made me suicidal but they can do whatever they want because they are the police.. One of the officers constable keep was caught on my street more than once he was also witnessed by my friend mr clear. And my ex husband was calling the real estate agent trist from pmr reality so its okay for him to harass me but not okay for me to harass him. He was trying to get me evicted from my unit and the NSW police force were assisting him fuck em. I went to queensland and nick was harassing me the whole time when i was there constantly harassing me for sex and money, when this matter was dismissed at liverpool court he had me served with an avo. So what threat was i to him a thousand kms away. He was being a vandictive fuck when i came back to sydney constantly harassing me for money and sex i moved away obviously i wasnt out to harass him. We had a dispute over a vehicle, the vehicle was registrerd under my name from day 1 BUT the police decided it was his vehicle how can they do that if their not a magistrate i paid for all maintanence, registration on the car. In the small claims court the vehicle was awarded to me but they still charged me hows that? Like i said 1 rule for him another rule for me. They could have done neurological testing. My mother who was a intensive care nurse told them i was fitting they gave me 2 valium and thats it. Basically told us it was crap NSW health let the police interview me in a comatosed psychotic state they overstepped the mark that day. They had a go at me for putting a hand on someones shoulder, what did they think i was going to do? Jump their bones in the middle of a medical ward? Please..What a pack of assholes! When i went a week after i was admitted into bankstown hospital, my mother was visiting me there when i told them i was gonna have a siezure and they just sat behind their glass and did nothing like they do for most of these units common practice. A broke a tooth, bruiced the whole side of my body and ended up with ceribal swelling and it was diagnosed i had epilepsy. They never reffered me to the out patient neurological clinic and when i tried to get these medical records NSW health took my money and didnt want to give it to me becausr they were too scared to have a mal practice and told my treating doctor not to give it to me. It is my legal right in australia under the freedom of information act for me to be able to access my medical records they denied me my constitutional rights. So now it is in my intention to mount a case against the crown and i would like to hear from anybody that is prepared to help me in my cause for justice!
